Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of examcleared.com and the purchase of access to ExamCleared practice tests. ExamCleared is operated by F.H. Dawo, ul. Jana Sabały 49, 31-479 Kraków, Poland (EU VAT/NIP 6791530280) (“we”, “us”). By using the site or buying access you agree to these Terms.
1. Who may buy
ExamCleared is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase access.
2. What we provide
ExamCleared provides independent online practice questions for licensing exams. Free use: a fixed set of 10 questions per exam. Paid use: time-limited access (for example 60 days) to the full question bank of one exam, practice by topic and a timed full-length practice exam.
3. Independence and no guarantee
ExamCleared is an independent practice-test service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any state licensing agency, regulator, or testing vendor (including CSLB, Arizona ROC, Nevada State Contractors Board, TDI, Florida DFS, CDI, NY DFS, TREC, Florida DBPR, California DRE, NY Department of State, state Secretaries of State, the FAA, NMLS, Pearson VUE, PSI or Prometric). Our questions are original, written from public statutes, regulations and official publications. They are not actual exam questions. Laws change — always confirm requirements with the official agency. Practice results do not predict or guarantee your result on any official exam. Content is educational and is not legal advice.
4. Purchase, price and access
- Prices are shown in US dollars before checkout. Payment is one-time; there is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
- After payment you receive an access code. Access starts immediately and ends automatically at the end of the period shown at purchase.
- Access is for one person for personal study. You may use it on your own devices.
- Sales tax may be added at checkout where we are required to collect it; any tax is shown before you pay.
5. Refunds and problems with access
See our Refund Policy (7-day money-back guarantee). If you paid but did not receive working access, email f.h.dawo@gmail.com: we will restore access or refund you in full. If the service is unavailable for a significant part of your access period because of a problem on our side, we will extend your access or refund you.
6. Acceptable use
You may not copy, scrape, download in bulk, republish, resell, share access codes publicly, or use automated tools (bots, crawlers, scripts) to extract questions, answers or explanations; or use the content to build a competing product or train machine-learning models. We may limit requests and suspend access codes used in breach of these Terms, without refund where the breach is clear.
7. Intellectual property
The questions, answers, explanations, design and software are our original work and are protected by copyright. Quoted statutes and government publications remain public; we cite them for reference.
8. Accuracy and updates
We work to keep content accurate and show the date each source was verified, but laws, fees and exam outlines change. If you find an error, email f.h.dawo@gmail.com with the exam and the question text. We review every report, correct or withdraw the question where needed, and reply within two business days.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the access in question. We are not liable for exam results, licensing decisions, or indirect losses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived.
10. Changes and law
We may update these Terms; the version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without depriving you of mandatory protections of the laws of the state where you live.
