ExamCleared builds independent practice tests for US licensing exams. Each answer shows its source and the date it was verified.

How we write and verify questions

1. Exam outline first. For each exam we start from the official candidate handbook or content outline and plan the question bank by topic, in proportion to the published weights where a regulator publishes them.
2. Written from the source. Every question is written from a specific statute, regulation or official publication, and the relevant passage is quoted with the answer.
3. Independent verification pass. A separate verification step re-opens each source, confirms the quote word for word, checks that the keyed answer is correct and that every wrong option is clearly wrong under current law. Questions that fail are corrected or removed.
4. Dated and reviewed. Each question carries the date its source was last verified. When a law, fee or exam outline changes, affected questions are corrected or withdrawn.
