If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, email f.h.dawo@gmail.com within 7 days of the purchase date with the email address used at checkout (or your Stripe receipt). We will refund the full amount to your original payment method. You do not need to explain why.
- The guarantee applies to each purchase separately: if you bought access to two exams, you can ask for a refund of either or both.
- If you paid but did not receive working access, we will restore it or refund you in full at any time.
- Refunds are usually processed within 2 business days; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show the credit.
- When a refund is issued (or a payment is disputed), the access code for that purchase is deactivated automatically.
- After 7 days we may still refund in cases of technical problems we cannot fix, duplicate purchases, or a purchase of the wrong exam reported before substantial use.
- There are no recurring charges to cancel — every purchase is one-time.
